What is your return policy on used equipment?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items showing signs of wear or sweat cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for gloves and apparel takes 3-5 business days. Heavy items like punching bags may take 7-10 business days and are shipped via specialized freight carriers.
